IT People banyak "song"

No wonder computer studies are so popular amongst Malaysians
I discover that in UKM we are suppose to translate
most of the note in English to BM to meet the criteria of the
University.
This is what happen to I.T. students... I guess..

hardware = barang keras
software = barang lembut
joystick = batang keseronokan
PLUG AND PLAY = CUCUK DAN MAIN
port = lubang
server = pelayan
client = pelanggan

Isn't it funny when we translate IT terms into Malay??
Try to translate this.

"The server gives a plug and play service to the clients using
either
hardware or software joystick. The
joystick goes into the port of the client."

Translated:-

"Pelayan itu beri kepada pelanggannya
layanan cucuk dan main dengan
mempergunakan batang keseronokkan
jenis keras atau lembut. Batang
keseronokan itu dimasukkan ke dalam
lubang pelanggan."
